Custom fit to the upper jaw, this solid color mouthguard offers two layers of material fused together for a thickness of approximately 2.5 to 4mm that offers a better fitting mouthguard and superior protection while playing sports.

HOW TO USE THE SPORTSGUARD MOUTHGUARD DENTAL SELF-IMPRESSION (S-IS) KIT
This important first step is how Sportsguard will get an impression of your teeth from which we will make your custom fit guard.

PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE STARTING THE IMPRESSION PROCESS. PLEASE COMPLETE TWO SETS OF IMPRESSIONS.
After completing these instructions, you will have two dental impression molds of your teeth that will be returned to us using the provided pre-paid shipping box (U.S. Customers Only). We will evaluate both impressions and determine which is the better of the two. From that impression, your form-fitting mouthguard will be crafted and shipped back to you.

You should receive your mouthguard in 2 – 3 weeks. If you have questions or problems, please contact customer service.

IMPORTANT: Please store and use in a room temperature below 80℉. If you are unsure if your impression is good on the first try, email us a picture and we will evaluate it and offer tips for success before you make the second impression. Be sure to complete and return both impressions. Our dental lab technician will decide which will work best. If after two tries you still need help you can order another set of impression material. ALL OF THE SPORTSGUARD MOUTHGUARDS UTILIZE POLYSHOK™ HIGH PERFORMANCE POLYMER TECHNOLOGY.
PolyShok™ is a proprietary blend of plastic designed specifically for athletic mouthguards. It has the unique properties of being able to form to the mouth at low temperatures. This means, the mouthguard is softer, resulting in greater comfort, better breathability and absorbing more destructive force.

PolyShok™ has been A.S.T.M. (American Standards in Testing and Measurements) tested to be over 150% more shock absorbent than leading traditional mouthguard (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) materials. These results are reproducible in any A.S.T.M. certified lab in the country. Ultimately PolyShok™ transmits less pressure to the teeth and jaw when it receives a blow, better than other athletic mouthguards.
