Yes. There is nothing to purchase. The program covers the digital scan and the custom mouthguard.
What happens at the visit?
River Family Dentistry will create a quick digital oral scan using its iTero scanner. No impression putty is required. River Family Dentistry will confirm visit details when following up on the request.
Can athletes with braces participate?
Please ask River Family Dentistry about eligibility and available guard options for athletes currently in braces.
What if the guard is damaged or stops fitting?
Please ask SportsGuard about replacement and warranty terms that apply to guards provided through this program.
Who sees my information?
Your information will be used only to administer this program and shared only with River Family Dentistry, SportsGuard, and service providers needed to schedule, manufacture and deliver your guard. See the store privacy policy linked in the sign-up form.
